Biography and Expertise
Before joining Pacific’s Philadelphia team as Executive Search Associate in June 2023, Caroline graduated from Saint Joseph’s University where she majored in Marketing and completed a Professional Sales certificate program.
Caroline was always attracted to a career in a people-oriented field where she can have a positive impact on people’s lives so executive search felt like a perfect match. She looks forward to exploring all aspects of executive recruiting, particularly executive research.
