Kathryn began her journey with us in January 2018 as an Account Manager in our London office. In March 2019, she moved to the US office as Senior Account Manager. Recognizing her exceptional talent and dedication, she was appointed Head of Account Management for our US operations in July 2020 and promoted to Director, Head of Delivery in June 2022.
Rupert embarked on his journey with Pacific in January 2017 as a Research Consultant. His exceptional performance led to a swift promotion to Account Manager in July of the same year. By April 2018, Rupert became Head of Sector for Renewable Energy & Cleantech. Recognizing his continued strategic vision, he became Associate Director in July 2023.
Ellie joined Pacific immediately after graduating from university, starting as a Research Consultant. Her impressive contributions and dedication led to a significant promotion in October 2021 to the role of Client Delivery Manager. Building on her success, Ellie became Client Partner in April 2023 and relocated to our London office in August 2023.
Claire Butcher joined Pacific in May 2018 as Research Consultant. Her exceptional performance led to a quick promotion to Key Account Manager. By August of the same year, Claire's talents were further recognized as she was promoted to Client Partner – Global. In September 2022, she transferred to the US office fulfilling her lifelong dream.
